AARON
Managing Director
In my role at ARO Electrical and Air, I steer the company’s strategic course, manage technical enquiries, and oversee day-to-day operations. My career has been shaped by a range of experiences, from residential and commercial maintenance to complex fault finding and comprehensive project management in the electrical and air-conditioning fields.
My passion for these fields inspired me to establish ARO Electrical and Air, uniting my expertise in both areas. I gain immense satisfaction from taking on intricate air-conditioning installations, often specialising in challenging projects which others have deemed impossible.
My accomplishments include the successful management of various commercial ventures, such as townhouses, childcare centres, and mining camps. These achievements reflect my unwavering dedication and technical capability. Beyond my professional endeavours, I find balance in family life and personal interests, including my love for golf.

Rayne
Director
Rayne Roberts is the other half of ARO Electrical & Air and the engine behind the scenes that keeps everything running smoothly. She manages the accounts, administration, and scheduling, ensuring our customers and technicians are always looked after and on track.
Rayne is often the friendly face you’ll see when you walk into the office and the organised voice making sure every job flows seamlessly from booking to completion.
Outside of ARO, Rayne enjoys training at the gym, getting out and about, and most importantly being a proud mum to our two beautiful daughters. She’s also a loyal supporter of the Fremantle Dockers – though around here, we don’t hold that against her.
